This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER under the following terms and conditions.

BUYER INFORMATION

The BUYER's full name, delivery address, and contact details are based on the information provided during the purchase on www.shoppik.net, with or without registration.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER via the website www.shoppik.net in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • Product type, quantity, model, price, payment method, and delivery information are as displayed on the final order confirmation page.
  • Prices include VAT and applicable taxes.

DELIVERY

  • Products are shipped to the BUYER’s delivery address within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days, depending on stock availability.
  • Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are the responsibility of the BUYER.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product.
  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing via info@shoppik.net.
  • Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Products with opened packaging that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, personal care items).
  • Products that are damaged or altered after delivery.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the financial limits set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.

ENFORCEMENT

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the BUYER.
