Return & Exchange Policy

Warranty Conditions

On our website www.shoppik.net, no products that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey are sold. All cosmetic products sold are approved by the Ministry of Health and relevant authorities. Our products fall under the personal care and hygiene category and do not require a prescription.

Return Conditions

You can request a return from SHOPPIK within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
No shipping fee will be charged for return shipments.

Requirements for returned products:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original box and packaging.
  • It must be returned with its invoice and any promotional items, if any.
  • It must be untested, unaltered, and hygienically resellable.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetic and personal care products with opened packaging
  • Used or damaged products
  • Makeup products
  • Products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

Damaged Product Condition

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, a report must be filed in the presence of the courier.
Products without a damage report cannot be processed for return.

SHOPPIK records all packaging processes via camera systems. In case of missing item claims, footage is reviewed to resolve the issue promptly.

Exchange Conditions

Customers who have ordered the wrong product or wish to exchange their item can request an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product must be undamaged and unused.
  • The shipping cost for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
  • The return form included with the invoice must be completed.

Return Process and Refund

Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed within 10 business days according to the original payment method.
Credit card refunds will be credited to the same card, and bank transfer/cash-on-delivery refunds will be made to the provided IBAN.

For installment purchases, the bank may refund the amount in installments. This process is beyond SHOPPIK's control and depends on your bank.

Return Shipping

Return shipments must be made exclusively via MNG Kargo.
Shipments made with other courier companies will not be accepted and the return process will not be initiated.

Please fill out the return form on the e-archive invoice sent to you and securely package it along with the product before sending it back.

Legal Notice About Cosmetic Products

Cosmetic products are designed for external use on the human body (skin, nails, hair, lips, teeth, etc.). Their primary purposes are to clean, scent, change appearance, maintain good condition, or correct body odors.

None of the products sold by SHOPPIK claim to treat or cure diseases or to have permanent effects.

Product descriptions are based on information provided by manufacturers or importers. These descriptions do not guarantee that the effects will be the same for everyone or that there are no side effects.
